Information Collected - What information do we collect and why?

We collect the following identifiable information about our visitors:

IRM Safety gathers two types of information about users:

  • Names, addresses and contact details of local groups, individuals and businesses are collected by means of either the on-site submission form or by the persons concerned writing to us or sending us an e-mail with the relevant information.
  • Information IRM Safety gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers' needs. Under no circumstances does IRM Safety divulge any information about an individual user to a third party.

Where IRM Safety divulges any information about an individual user to a third party to process personal information on our behalf (i.e. Payroll, marketing) we have ensured that they meet and understand their/our GDPR obligations.
